« My name is Julie-Pier and I’ve been a parts clerk for almost a year now at TransDiff JDH Peterbilt. It’s a wonderful and very vibrant team, the kind where you never get bored and the days just fly by.
I achieve small wins on a daily basis! As a beginner in my career as a parts clerk, I learn something new every day. I’m very happy to see my progress!
For me, a day at TransDiff JDH Peterbilt is different from any other day. The most important thing for me is to keep smiling and having fun at work.

« I started working for TransDiff JDH Peterbilt at the Quebec City branch in 2009. Fifteen years ago, it was just Quebec City and JDH in Lac-St-Jean. I saw TransDiff evolve with the acquisition of the South Shore branch in 2010 and the Beauce branch in 2012. I had the privilege of participating in the opening of these branches. Personally, I’ve made some great friendships at TransDiff, and even met my soul mate. I also went on my first flight when I visited the Peterbilt plant in Denton, Texas. »

« Since I started working at TransDiff JDH Peterbilt, every day has been an opportunity to grow and gain new knowledge. As a heavy truck mechanic, I’m thrilled to be part of a vibrant and experienced team that values excellence and professionalism. This contest is a chance for me to share my experiences and anecdotes about my career.
I remember one day when I had to reassemble three drive shafts on a truck. Eager to take on the challenge, I grabbed my tools and went to dismantle the parts on the truck. Just as I was about to install the new ones, I realized I’d got the wrong truck. It was hilarious, but it was a learning experience. In the end, we were able to rectify the mistake quickly and finish the job on time. I saw the importance of communication and checking our work, which we have to do every day.

« The words that come to mind when I think of my work at TransDiff JDH Peterbilt are passion, pride and a sense of belonging. These are words I hear when I organize activities at home or when I participate in truck shows. They’re things you can’t buy, but you can develop when you work in a dealership that sells and prepares the finest trucks in the province. By working at TransDiff JDH Peterbilt, I’ve developed friendships with passionate people who have helped me grow in my career.
As for anecdotes, there are plenty, but let’s focus on the passion!
