LAW TO FIGHT FORCED LABOUR AND CHILD LABOUR IN SUPPLY CHAINS
The Supply Chain Act, which came into effect on January 1, 2024, requires the head of a federal institution that produces, purchases or distributes goods, in Canada or elsewhere, to submit an annual report to the Minister of Public Safety, by May 31 of each year.
